Stir-fried liver

Ingredients

  - 500 g Liver
  10 g cooking oil
  500 g patatoes
  100 g cream
  5 g salt
  3 g pepper

Instructions

  Soak sliced liver in vinegar and water, to insure good flavor, for 30 minutes. To fry, remove liver, dry, and roll in combined flour, salt and pepper. Fry slowly in melted butter or bacon grease. Turn to brown well on both sides.
