Salad with tomatoes and bell pepper

Ingredients

  Some plum tomatoes or large tomatoes
  Bell peppers
  Large red or yellow onion
  cilantro
  arigula – optional
  Zest Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  The preparation is super – simple: you just chop tomatoes and bell pepper. You definitely need not the whole onion, but from 1/4 to 1/2 depending on how much you like it. You can either chop it, or be artistic and cut thin round slices and separate the individual rings. Same goes for arigula and cilantro – it’s totally up to you how much do you want to put in.
