Salad "Cosi signature"

Ingredients

  Spring Mix
  1/4 of a green pear
  a handful of red grapes
  unsalted pistachios
  craisins - optional
  feta cheese
  Hazelnut oil
  Raspberry-hazelnut vinaigrette

Instructions

  Preparation – just mix it!
  
  Put washed Spring Mix on the plate. Cut a slice of pear into small cubes or alike :). Cut grapeds into halves, and steer them in. Unshell pistachios, cut them in to halves, too, and mix in. Sprinkle with the feta cheese, and pore over some vinargrette and hazelnut oil – both in moderation.
