Salad "Allegra"

Ingredients

  - some Spring Mix
  - a couple of slices of large tomato or plum tomato
  - a couple of pieces of pineapple, and/or cantaloupe and/or honey dew melon
  - a couple of grapes
  - some feta cheese
  - a little bit of walnuts
  - raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

Instructions

  Arrange a bed of greens on your plate, on one side put a couple of tomato slices, on the other side put some pineapple- melon slices, put red grapes, cut in halves, and crunched walnuts in the middle, sprinkle the whole thing with feta cheese and pore some raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
