Rutabaga bake

Ingredients

  - 2,5 pounds rutabaga sauce, fresh or frozen
  - 4-5 fl oz whipping cream
  - 2 fl oz breadcrumbs
  - 2 fl oz treacle
  - salt
  - crushed white peppercorns
  - 2 eggs
  
  The surface:
  
  butter
  breadcrumbs
  treacle

Instructions

  Melt the rutabaga sauce, if needed.
  Add the cream, breadcrumbs, treacle, spices and eggs.
  Mix it evenly.
  Oil a large baking mould well and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture into it. Make a nice design on the surface for example with a spoon. Put some butter on the surface, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and pour some treacle on top.
  Bake the bake for 1,5 hour at 160C/320F
