1 pound boiled beef
2 tbsp sour cream
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt (less of the beef was salted when boiled)
1 egg yolk
Cut the beef into 1/5-inch cubes. Note that if the beef has been overboiled, it will be hard to cut, it will mince instead. The dish will look different but taste the same.
Transfer the cubed beef into a bowl. Add sour cream and minced garlic. Add salt and mix all ingredients well.
For decoration, cut the egg yolk finely and sprinkle on top. Also decorate with celery leaves.
