1 large wild mushroom and 2-3 smaller ones, so that they make a good handful when chopped
1/3 pound pasta of your chioce
salt and pepper to taste
1. Clean and chop the mushrooms. In a lagre pot bring 6 cups of water to boil and add the miushrooms. Let boil for approx. 15 minutes.
2. In the meanwhile, clean and chop the carrot and onion. Fry them in a small pan on meduim heat until golden.
3. Add the vegetables, pasta salt and pepper to the pot. Cook for approx. 10 minutes or until the pasta is done.
4. Serve immediately.
