Ham and pear panini

Ingredients

  8 slices white bread
  1 tbsp mustard
  0,3 pound ham
  2 small pears
  0,1 pound cheese
  2 tsp butter

Instructions

  Wash the pear, halve, remove the core and thinly slice the flesh. Thinly slice the ham if needed.
  
  Spread the mustard on 4 pieces of bread. Layer each piece with ham and pear slices, top with cheese. Spread the butter on remaining bread and top each sandwich, pressing lightly.
  
  Using a sandwich grill or a skillet grill each panini on medium-high heat until the bread is golden-brown. Serve hot.
