Egg and Spaghetti bake

Ingredients

  1 pound spaghetti
  8 eggs
  1 cup milk
  1 tsp salt
  0,5 tsp pepper
  1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  In a large pot bring water to boil, add 0,5 tsp salt. Cook spaghetti until al dente, do not overcook! Drain.
  
  Meanwhile in a medium-sized bowl thoroughly mix eggs, milk, remaining salt and pepper.
  
  Heat oil in a large pan. Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the pan, pour egg mixture on top, mix to combine. Cook on medium-low heat, covered, for approx. 7 minutes or until the egg mixture is completely set.
